Windsor restaurant Tokyo Tina has brought back its popular Bingo Academy hosted by drag artist Valerie Hex.
A booking gets you five dishes from the Tokyo Tina menu for $49: choose from salmon tartare with cucumber and yuzu; kingfish tataki; karaage chicken bao with Kewpie mayo; crispy corn fritters with nori; a crispy avocado bao; miso-baked cauliflower; and more. Upgrade to the bottomless booze option ($79) for free-flowing sparkling wine, tap beer and Aperol spritzes.
There are two seatings available: from 12pm to 2pm and another from 2:15pm to 4:15pm.
