Menu

Naked for Satan is usually glossed over in favour of its upstairs counterpart, Naked in the Sky. It’s understandable – it’s hard to compete with one of Melbourne’s best rooftop bars – but still a little unfair.

In recent years, efforts have been made to help Naked for Satan become a destination in its own right. And it’s worked. The bar’s owners – Max and Pat Fink – created popular venues such as Bimbo and Lucky Coq. Although those bars are now under new ownership, their The DNA is perceptible throughout: Naked for Satan is loud, fun and has a well-priced (and well-thought-out) food menu.

The much-loved pintxos (skewered, Basque-style tapas) menu has been retired in favour of a concise selection of international bar foods. Oysters can be had plain or topped with kimchi, cava jelly or finger lime. There’s a range of sliders and salads too. Definitely order the mussels with fries. It’s the real knockout on the menu, and perfect for sharing.
