Windsor has undergone something of a renaissance in recent years. The Lucas Group has moved in with Hawker Hall. Pidapipo Gelato has set up shop. Pino Russo (La Svolta) has opened a second pizza joint.
But if anyone can lay claim to reviving the compact block between High Street and Dandenong Road, it's the boys behind Hanoi Hannah and Tokyo Tina. They took a punt when it was mostly still a mix of two-dollar stores and bong shops.
